Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the NPI tooling trial and provide suitable accessories equipment accordingly.2. Responsible for optimizing molding process, solve process problem and provide sufficient day-to-day support to meet production schedule and quality target.3. Participate in mold design review, process feasibility study and feedback on product manufacturability.4. Continuous improvement to production yield, cycle time, molding process.Qualification:1. Degree in Engineering, minimum 3 years experiences in plastic industry environment with multi-national company will be advantageous.2. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.3. Matured, resourceful, meticulous to details and possess strong analytical abilities and drive.4. Strong communication and organizational skills, and capability in self –managing projects.5. Familiarity with SPC methodologies desired.6. English written and oral communication skill.7. Well-versed with office software, Auto-CAD / proE / UG preferred.8. Have a sense of initiative, integrity and responsibility in work.9. Team work spirit.
