岗位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree of accounting, auditing or equivalent;2. At least 5 years’ working experiences of internal/ external audit, especially in manufacturing industry;3. Critical mind and strong analytical skills;4. Communication skills, leadership5. CPA or CIA is a plus;6. Fluent in English in speaking and writing. CET-67. Proficiency in Micro Office, ERP职位职责：1. Take full charge of internal audit work in Suzhou factory;2. Schedule Annual Plan and lead the team to complete the regular audits as planned;3. Communicate with auditee departments about findings and propose corrective/ improvement actions; follow up the implementation of corrective / improvement actions4. Assist Holding Internal Audit and Compliance (IAC) manager summarize major findings and report to IAC Committee on a quarterly basis;5. Provide instructions and necessary training to the auditors; assist them with the problems/ difficulties met in the audit;6. Complete ad hoc assignments from the management
